the staff seemed attentive to requests. i received complimentary slippers upon asking, a nice touch. breakfast offered good variety, i found several choices to my liking. the location is very convenient with easy access to the train station.
the lighting in my room was a bit too dim, making it hard to see clearly.

The room felt quite small. I barely had space to move around, a little disappointing. The darkness was also an issue. It was difficult to get much natural light. The temperature was not easy to regulate in the room. It was either too hot or too cold. The bed felt too soft, so i did not enjoy my sleep.
